First and foremost, this activity was taught by teacher Li Qiang, the teaching and research leader of the Mathematics Group in the west campus. Specifically, the lesson featured Li Qiang's natural teaching style, novel and unique teaching design and flexible teaching methods. Additionally, the analysis of important and difficult points was simple and profound. Evidently, the wonderful class fully stimulated and mobilized students' interest in learning in a relaxed and harmonious classroom atmosphere as well as pragmatic and efficient teaching process. Therefore, the students benefit a lot and so did the teachers.

To sum up, the implementation of this demonstration class of party member teachers has encouraged party member teachers to enhance their professional quality, so that they can play a leading role in the education and teaching of the school, so as to lead all teachers to precipitate in learning, grow in research, and reinforce the quality of education and teaching of the whole school.
